Final Vows. We wanted the honor of marrying us to go to our whole community of friends, so we wrote vows for them to read to us aloud. Our moms got back up to lead the recitation and to formally pronounce us husband and wife!

As we kissed, a Dixie-land band started playing the most joyous version of "You Are My Sunshine" you've ever heard!

to comfort and support,
with respect and honesty, from this day forward?

Jeff: I do.

Congregation (to Jennifer):
Jennifer, do you take Jeffrey to be your husband,
to love and nurture,
to comfort and support,
with respect and honesty, from this day forward?

Jennifer: I do.

Congregation (to Jeff and Jennifer):
We now pronounce you husband and wife.
