The Greeting. Another unique thing about our ceremony is that our mothers ran the ceremony. They greeted everyone and told stories about how they've seen their daughter and son change for the better as a result of the relationship. They were very entertaining, yet warm and personal. It meant a lot to us to keep every aspect of the ceremony as personal as possible.
